Water, the elixir of life

Water is the second most important requirement of living being after air. All life on Earth originated through water. Two thirds of Earth’s surface is covered by water. Our body contains 70% of water. To maintain harmony inside body we need maintenance of this percentage of water. On an average, a human being loses 3.6 Liters of water per day through urination and perspiration. So we should take 5.6 Liters of water to maintain this output.

Since the human body is approximately 70% water, when we cleanse this internal water, revitalization of good body chemistry is possible. Provide our body with the highest quality water that is unpolluted, energized and life giving and it is absorbed immediately: every cell becomes properly hydrated.

Many people complain that, after taking water, frequency of urination increases. It is not like that. Urine production is a process and it takes time. Exactly what happens? As soon as we take water, it goes to large intestine, there it should be absorbed. Due to impurity and some other reason water stays in intestine and produces pressure at the urinary bladder that causes frequent urination. This situation will become normal, automatically within three four days. The extent of our ability to absorb water depends upon the purity and structure of the water. Living cells drink up pure water in preference to other liquids,
enhancing their vitality whether, they are human, animal or plant. Proper hydration will greatly increase our health by supporting proper nutrient absorption and toxin elimination. This leads to a healthy immune system, increased vitality, and the potential end of discomforts and disease

Taking lots of water improves absorption, cleans up the arteries, re-stimulates dead cells, improves blood circulation and keeps body fit and toxin free. Never take water just before and after food, after urination, after passing motion, in between food and after sleep.
If we are unable to take required amount of water our body system will use from its storage and aging impact will come before the time and our system will lead to various kinds of diseases because every cell in our body depends upon water for its survival.

If we will not take sufficient water then these are the common symptom will disturb our health and harmony...
After each symptom we will see how lack of fluid affects the issue.

Fatigue, weakness: Dehydration of the tissues causes enzymatic activity to slow down.
Constipation: When chewed food enters the colon, it contains too much liquid to allow stools to form properly, and the wall of the colon reduces it. In chronic dehydration, the colon takes too much water to give to other parts of the body.
Digestive Disorders: In chronic dehydration, the secretions of digestive juices are less may causes diabetes, ulcer, gastritis
High and Low Blood Pressure: The body's blood volume is not enough to completely fill the entire set of arteries, veins, and capillaries.
Gastritis, Stomach Ulcers: To protect its mucous membranes from being destroyed by the acidic digestive fluid it produces, the stomach secretes a layer of mucus.
Respiratory Troubles: The mucous membranes of the respiratory region are slightly moist to protect the respiratory tract from substances that might be present in inhaled air.
Acid-Alkaline Imbalance: Dehydration activates an enzymatic slowdown producing acidification. Having high levels of acidity in our body can be a contributing factor for many illnesses - everything from obesity and high blood pressure to diabetes and even cancer.
Excess Weight and Obesity: We may overeat because we crave foods rich in water. Thirst is often confused with hunger.
Eczema: Our body needs enough moisture to sweat 20 to 24 ounces of water, the amount necessary to dilute toxins so they do not irritate the skin.
Cholesterol: When dehydration causes too much liquid to be drained from inside the cells, the body tries to stop this loss by producing more cholesterol.
Cystitis, Urinary Infections: If toxins contained in urine are insufficiently diluted, they attack the urinary mucous membranes.
Rheumatism: Dehydration abnormally increases the concentration of toxins in the blood and cellular fluids, and the pains increase in proportion to the concentration of the toxins.
Premature Aging: The body of a newborn child is composed of 80 percent liquid, but this percentage declines to no more than 70 percent in an adult and continues to decline with age.
Today we try to retain and maintain health by consuming multi-vitamin and multi-mineral tablets along with a number of products available in the market. We use these products because scientific researches have shown that our basic food isn't able to provide all the nutrition in optimum quantity that are required by our body to stay healthy.Marketing firms with the help of Medical science and scientific discoveries sell these products and we use them because there is a lot of media hype about them.In the season of consumerism, modern health and modern discoveries, we have forgotten to use what is already available to us. Actually we are not only unable to use nature's free gift, we are misusing it. This is simply an insult to nature and we are paying the price
