Very effective in knee arthritis
- Take cabbage leaf apply caster oil on it. Make warm and wrap on painful knee and cover with aluminium foil for whole night. Repeat the process for 11 days. you will have lot of pain relief.
- Make paste with cabbage leaf. warm it and apply all around the painful area and lastly cover with aluminium foil for 1 hrs. Repeat the process every day for a week.
